I've been in really bad shape since I lost my job. My lights are off, I'm two mounths behind on rent, and I have a late car note.I have a job as a server but the pay and the tips are not enough. I've called every church and organization I could think of for help. Most of them are low on funds or refuse to help me at all. If I don't pay my bills I may have to join the service to stay off the streets. I'm supose to graduate from college at the end of next year. With everything that is going on I may have to stop all together? If anyone can think of something please let me know.

I did a search on google and landed on your ad. I'm actually in the exact same situation as you but I also have a past due car note...it's really hard right now.

Does your town have a Department of Human Services where they have an Emergency Fund to help pay on your rent? They of course will have different requirments but check it out. Also, go talk to different churches and see if they can give you some assistance. I know it is tough looking for a job and worrying about having back rent to pay. I will be praying for you.
